We’re to share highlights from our recent attendance at the European Business Services Association’s (EBSA) CEE BSC Summit & Awards, held on February 25-26, 2026, at the luxurious Hotel Presidential (formerly Marriott) in Warsaw. This premier two-day event brought together top GBS executives from across Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics, and beyond for insightful discussions on Finance & Accounting, IT/Tech, Digital Transformation, Operations, and Procurement—featuring over 40 panelists and speakers tackling the hottest topics for the industry.
Adaptive was proud to be nominated for Top GBS Transformation Initiative of the Year – Poland, showcasing our innovative work in business services transformation. Our Managing Partner Michał Bielawski and Program Manager & Senior Consultant Magdalena Seńko represented us on-site, networking with industry leaders. Congratulations to all the winners, announced at the glittering Awards Gala on the evening of February 25! The annual Awards celebrate excellence across 25 categories for GBS and Business Services Centres (including BPOs and ITOs) in CEE and the Baltics, with nominations judged by a VIP Jury on February 25 and votes from attending guests over the summit days.
The event drew top executives from leading centres in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova, and Ukraine—plus international guests from the UK, USA, France, Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Saudi Arabia, and Japan.
