Last week, the Adaptive team gathered in Jastarnia for another edition of our flagship Summer Mobile Office Week (SMOW26). From 10–13 June, we set up our mobile office in the unique atmosphere of Molo Surf, combining focused work with time spent together outside the usual office environment.
This year’s edition was fully themed around the FLUO NEON PARTY concept, which set the tone for the entire trip — from the energy and activities to the evening experiences and creative moments throughout the stay.
The program included client work, AI sessions, and business updates, alongside dedicated integration time that helped us connect, exchange ideas, and step away from day-to-day routines. The balance between structured sessions and informal moments created space for both productivity and stronger team relationships.
Throughout the trip, participants took part in a range of surprise activities and experiences inspired by the neon theme. These included live music, a music quiz, painting T-shirts with fluorescent paint, and other creative and engaging moments that kept the atmosphere dynamic from start to finish.
SMOW26 once again showed how powerful it is to combine work with shared experiences in a different environment — allowing the team to collaborate, recharge, and create lasting memories together.
