GBS Lions’ Talks: AI in the GBS World. Your Friend or Foe?
This Monday, 2 March at 16:00 we meet at Sappi Europe in Orange Office Park in Kraków to explore the real impact of AI on the GBS world. We will discuss where AI adds value, where it disrupts and how leaders can use it to strengthen their organizations.
We are excited to host three fantastic speakers who bring real, practical GBS experience.
Our speaker from ADAPTIVE Solutions and Advisory Group is a transformation leader with deep expertise in process ownership, performance management and building operating models. His background gives him a clear view of how AI can support mature, scalable GBS structures.
Michał Krauze from Onwelo brings strong experience in automation strategy and technology‑led transformation. He focuses on turning strategy into operational results and ensuring that technology investments deliver real business outcomes.
Wojciech Bazarnik from Sappi Europe adds a hands‑on perspective from daily automation work. He builds RPA solutions with UiPath and Power Automate and knows exactly how AI and automation support finance and operations teams in practice.
