1. Group Finance Project Manager and Group Finance Project Management Officer (PMO) with the experience in MS Dynamics.
We are looking for two specific project management roles related to implementation of MS Dynamics for the Finance organization across Europe. Our Client is the world leader in food and biopharma product testing, environmental laboratory services, agroscience, genomics, pharma discovery service with over 23,000 staff in more than 200 laboratories across 39 countries.
We have been engaged in the implementation of a standard operating model in all Finance National Service Centers across the Group. As a part of this initiative, the Client is deploying standard, best-in-class Finance & Purchasing processes, enabled on a standard Group ERP solution (Microsoft Dynamics).
The Group Finance Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management related to the Group ERP solution deployment in selected NSC’s across the Group and the Group Finance Project Management Officer will be supporting the Group Finance Project Manager with the end-to-end project management related to the Group ERP solution deployment.
Initial timeline of the engagement is estimated for 18-24 months. The requirements consist of relevant experience in similar programs and min. of 5 years of PM experience for Finance Project Manager and 2-3 years of respective experience for PMO position.

2. SAP Hana implementation Consultant

We have been engaged to support the implementation of SAP Hana solution and create SSC support functions for solution provider in the design, implementation and post implementation phase.
SAP Hana implementation Consultant will be responsible for solution design activities including tailoring of the system specifics to the Client function requirements, implementation project consultancy and post-implementation system changes going forward.
Initial timeline of the engagement is estimated for 18+ months. The requirement consist of 5-7 years experience in SAP implementation programs.

3. SSC Procurement Knowledge Manager

Whilst a background in procurement is definitely beneficial, we are looking for an expert in sharepoint/Intranet and other IT solutions who will be the go-to person for the whole of global procurement for Knowledge management. This role will also act as the key relationship and scoping lead for definition of and access to third party knowledge management providers, Procurement leaders and others.
Procurement Knowledge Manager will be responsible for the generation, update and efficient dissemination of competitive intelligence and related benchmarking data to support the global procurement organization (principally the category teams) in the efficient execution of procurement activities plus benchmarking data to Procurement Leadership to support strategic decision making activities. Additionally the individual will have a set of responsibilities related to creation and maintenance of an intuitive in house search engine based on the company platform focused to expand knowledge sharing network, development, management and maintenance of the global procurement intranet site and other knowledge sharing enabling technologies e.g. Yammer, Sharepoint, Intranet, Webex, Microsoft Office etc.
Initial timeline of the engagement is estimated for 18-24 months. The candidate’s experience in similar IT, procurement, data mining or knowledge management functions will be considered as critical for the position.

The role will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Group Financial Reports in TM1, including providing proper support & training to the TM1 user community.
Initial timeline of the engagement is estimated for 18-24 months. We expect min of 4 years experience in EPM software implementation (IBM T1, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC) including min. of 2 years of TM1 experience.
