Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group has been selected for the long term partnership with Takeda Pharmaceuticals International Switzerland and, in particular – with Takeda Service Centre Europe to lead and support variety of program management functions including: business process redesign for F&A PtP domain, global deployment of new travel & expense application and further transition of activities to centralized shared services environment, implementation of operational excellence framework and SSC process performance metrics.
