Anna Gajewska-Makuch, Program Manager, Senior Consultant Adaptive SAG – she is a professional with broad experience in international, multicultural, fast-moving environments and expert in setting up & maintaining relations with Clients. Leading people in transition and operational mode, stabilizing processes from transition to operation phase. LEAN practitioner, passionate about eliminating MUDA wastes through various improvement initiatives. She contributes with her 3 years as Transition Team Lead and Team Leader for Tax processes for Atlas Copco, 1,5 year as Operation Manager of Tax & Statutory Department for Signify, 1,5 year as Client Operations Head for Gibson Innovations, 3 years as Senior Operations Manager of OtC department for Akzo Nobel.
Magdalena Surewicz, Project Manager, Consultant Adaptive SAG – she brings with her over 13 years of relevant business knowledge. Magdalena has 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager for RTR, TAX & PTP departments, 4 years as Team Leader / Process Lead for AkzoNobel, 1 year as a Management Accountant at GFT Poland. Magda has wide experience in multinational, fast-growing environments, people management, F&A processes transitions, improvements, and building relationships with clients. She is open-minded, well organized, and devoted.
