Adaptive Group Team is growing! We are pleased to announce that lately several new faces have joined our Adaptive Group Team to help us bring even better results for our clients.

Izabela Henke, Project Manager / Process Consultant– over 15 years of relevant business experience comprising 14 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting for Philips within captive shared service center and subsequent outsourcing contract with Infosys BPO. Graduate of University of Lodz, with master’s degree in Economics with specialization in Industry Economics. Postgraduate diploma in Accounting and Financial Management at University of Lodz. Fluent English speaker.
Robert Płuciennik, Project Leader / Process Consultant– over 10 years of relevant business experience comprising 2 years at Infosys BPO as Business Data Analyst responsible for Material Master Data, 3 years as Senior Master Data Clerk at Fujitsu Technology Solutions and 2 years as Order Management Team Leader at Fujitsu Technology Solutions. Graduate of University of Lodz, with master’s degree in Management & Marketing with specialization in Human Resources Management. Fluent English speaker.
Monika Cierniak, Consultant– over 2 years as recruiter in recruitment agency. Monika has a knowledge and experience in talent acquisition and HR with the main focus on SSC/BPO sector. She is familiar with specifity of various vacancies existing in sector. Monika uses wide range of channels and tools in the process of sourcing best talents. She is an advisor for business, investors, hiring managers and candidates regarding local job market specifity. Monika speaks German and has an experience in cooperation with German teams. She has spent over one year in Germany as a student and an intern.
Mariia Sakalova, Junior Consultant– over 2 years of professional experience including being a translator. Student of Management and Engineering for Manufacturing (MA) at Częstochowa University of Technology. In Adaptive, Mariia Sakalova is involved in finance & accounting processes of one of our key clients.
