- Since 2019 in the role of Project Manager / Consultant at Adaptive SAG took care of the following initiatives:
- Process Maturity Assessment including identification of areas for transformation with main focus on Customer Invoicing process;
- Tool implementation support in the deployment of Global Closing Calendar in Blackline as PMO;
- Supporting Month End HFM reporting;
- Process Performance Framework support along with KPI Reporting Dashboard in MicroStrategy and KPI Reporting procedures;
- Supporting Financial Controller in the budgeting process;
- Process Automation Assessment consulting with main focus on R2R and FP&A streams;
- 1 year as Finance/PMO for Philips, responsible for:
- Budgeting;
- Correctness and reconciliation of program charges internally and for Client (fix FTE, timesheets, T&E);
- Maintenance of the project plans within agreed scope and budget;
- Providing analysis related to new contract situation (incl. Savings);
- Managing the support and provision of project tools and equipment;
- Providing administrative support to the project team;
- Escalating issues to program management on Infosys and client timely;
- Close cooperation with Process Leaders, Tools/Application Support Lead and DC Key Users/UAT Coordinators to create an implementation plan for roll-out waves as per project plan;
- 2 years as Deputy Team Leader acting as support for Team Leader in FP&A domain and supporting team members in the implementation of technical improvements in financial reporting. Additionally responsible for internal recruitment in accordance with internal procedures;
- 8 years as Specialist and Process Lead handling controlling and reporting activities in FP&A domain in the area of profitability, sales, gross margin, overdue receivables, etc;
- 4 years as Accountant and Senior Accountant handling General Ledger and Accounts Receivable operational back-office activities, like the execution of finance process transition, documentation and operational delivery for Germany within GL and AR domains;
Graduate of University of Lodz, with master’s degree in Economics with specialization in Industry Economics. Postgraduate diploma in Accounting and Financial Management at University of Lodz. Fluent English speaker.
