On October 8, Kraków’s historic Forty Kleparz became the beating heart of innovation, creativity, and collaboration as ASPIRE hosted its annual conference – this year reimagined as a Festival for Change-Makers under the title The Dragon’s Teeth.
ADAPTIVE was proud to take part as the Silver Sponsor of this exceptional event, which gathered over 1,500 leaders and innovators from the worlds of technology, business services, creative industries, and civic leadership. What once was a conference has grown into a full-scale festival — a celebration of ideas, connections, and progress that extended from morning until late night, featuring inspiring keynotes, hands-on workshops, tech demos, live performances, and the prestigious ASPIRE Dragons Awards.
A Celebration of Change and Connection
At its core, The Dragon’s Teeth was about potential — about transforming scattered ideas and individual expertise into collective impact. In Kraków’s mythology, the dragon’s teeth symbolise power and possibility: when planted in fertile ground, they grow into warriors. This year’s theme carried that symbolism forward, inviting the business community to activate their own “dragon’s teeth” — the people, skills, and creativity that drive transformation.
As a company deeply rooted in business transformation and process excellence, ADAPTIVE shares that very mission. Supporting The Dragon’s Teeth as Silver Sponsor was a natural fit for us — an opportunity to contribute to a space where innovation and collaboration meet.
Sponsoring the VIP Room – Where Ideas Take Shape
In addition to being a Silver Sponsor, ADAPTIVE proudly sponsored the VIP Room, a dedicated networking area designed to bring together senior leaders, decision-makers, and visionaries from across sectors. The space fostered meaningful dialogue, spontaneous collaboration, and the exchange of insights that often spark new partnerships.
The atmosphere throughout the day reflected what The Dragon’s Teeth stands for: openness, creativity, and community.
Breaking AI Adoption Barriers – A Session that Sparked Dialogue
The 30-minute session drew a large and engaged audience eager to explore the practical realities of AI transformation. Rather than a traditional lecture, the format encouraged active audience participation, inviting professionals to share their own experiences, challenges, and successes in implementing AI solutions.
Managing Partner Michał Bielawski and Executive Business director Robert Godziszewski guided the conversation through key topics such as:
-
The cultural and organisational resistance that often slows AI adoption.
-
The importance of leadership alignment and clear strategy.
-
The gap between pilot initiatives and scalable transformation.
-
How to combine human expertise with technological capabilities to achieve sustainable value.
The discussion proved to be both insightful and energising, with participants contributing thoughtful questions and examples from their industries. Many attendees highlighted how the open, collaborative tone of the panel mirrored the very essence of The Dragon’s Teeth — connecting expertise with purpose.
Reflections on the Day
For ADAPTIVE, the event was a chance to connect with like-minded professionals who are shaping the future of business and technology. The vibrant setting of Forty Kleparz, the spirit of collaboration, and the energy of so many passionate change-makers created an atmosphere that was both inspiring and forward-looking.
We’re proud to have contributed to a conversation that matters: one that recognises the challenges of digital transformation while focusing on actionable solutions.
As The Dragon’s Teeth reminded us, the true strength of any community lies in its people — their curiosity, creativity, and willingness to embrace change!
