Yesterday, we had the pleasure of taking part in Follow the Leaders by Pro Progressio, where Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group‘s Managing Partner, Michal Bielawski, opened the day with a keynote session:

The session focused on how the role of Team Leaders is evolving in today’s business services landscape. As automation continues to reshape operational work, organizations increasingly expect leaders to drive value creation, adaptability, and stronger people-oriented leadership.
