We are now seeking candidates for the position of
HR Operations Consultant
You would join a fast-growing team of Adaptive top consultants supporting our client’s projects.
What you will be working on:
- Administrate payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee employee life cycle,
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation,
- Collaborate with finance for payroll reconciliation and ensure compliance with employment laws,
- Address employee queries,
- Creating and updating process documentation and instructions.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR role covering payroll, administration, and employee life cycle,
- Openness to participate/lead/run projects,
- Very good command of English and German,
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills,
- Availability for ad hoc abroad travels,
- Availability to work in hybrid mode at client’s office in Warsaw
Will be an asset if:
- You have previous experience in participation in transition and improvement activities,
- You are familiar with at least one ERP system (e.g. ServiceNow, Success Factors, SAP HR).
