We’re proud to announce that Adaptive has been shortlisted in the 14th annual CEE BSC Summit & Awards 2026 for Top GBS Transformation Initiative of the Year – Poland.
The nomination recognizes our transformation project “Centralization and Harmonization of US Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses Processes”, delivered following a complex acquisition and TSA exit. The initiative focused on building a unified, scalable, and compliant operating model for U.S. AP and T&E, replacing fragmented, regionally managed processes with a centralized framework aligned to the client’s global operating model.
The project covered the harmonization of invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, vendor master data, as well as the consolidation of seven regional T&E policies into a single global standard. This ensured business continuity while significantly strengthening governance, transparency, efficiency, and control, creating a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
Adaptive acted as a strategic transformation partner, leading the end-to-end assessment, design, and implementation of the future-state AP and T&E model. By leveraging SAP and SAP Concur, we delivered targeted, high-impact enhancements rather than a disruptive system replacement, enabling automation, consistent controls, and an improved employee experience. A structured, phased approach supported an accelerated TSA exit, decommissioning of legacy tools, strong user adoption through change management, and measurable efficiency gains with reduced operational risk.
Being shortlisted among leading organizations in the region is a great honor and a testament to the expertise and commitment of everyone involved in this initiative.
