A key enabler of this expansion is the addition of Thomas Dobis, who joins as Consulting & Business Development Lead for Europe and Overseas, based in Geneva.
Thomas brings over 20 years of international experience spanning corporate finance, business process transformation, BPO, and technology-driven operations. He has been involved in leading and delivering complex, cross-border transformation programs, effectively bridging strategy with execution.
With a strong focus on driving efficiency in finance functions, standardizing operations, and applying AI in practical, scalable ways, Thomas further strengthens our ability to support clients in demanding, regulated environments. His global perspective and hands-on approach add significant value to our growing European platform.
