The highly anticipated Shared Services and Outsourcing Week (SSOW) Europe 2023 is officially finished. As the biggest and most influential BSS (Business Support Services) conference in Europe, SSOW brings together industry leaders, experts, and professionals to discuss the latest trends, strategies, and best practices in shared services and outsourcing.
The conference kicked off with a panel discussion titled “Lift & Shift, Transition, Scope & Process Standardisation: Avoiding Pitfalls when Launching SSC.” Hosted by Adaptive CEO Krystian Bestry, the panel featured experienced SSO (Shared Services Outsourcing) leaders who shared their insights, tips, and tricks for a successful SSC launch. The esteemed panelists included Ruta Jasiulioniene, Head of Business Centres for Vilnius and Riga at SEB Global Services, Yvan Laurent, Managing Director of Mediq Business Services Lithuania at Mediq, and Miguel Macias, Global Head of P&O Operations at Sandoz.
During day two, attendees have been engaging with the Adaptive Team at booth, where they have had the opportunity to network while enjoying a glass of fine wine. Later in the day, Michał Bielawski was scheduled to present a case study, inviting attendees to learn from their success stories and innovative approaches. The excitement continues into the evening with the highly anticipated Gala Dinner, where Adaptive hosted their table, provided a night of celebration and networking.
