The XI European Economic Forum Lodzkie 2018 took place on the 15th-16th of October 2018. The event witnessed vivid discussions aiming at exchanging experience between entrepreneurs, academics and local governments.
Adaptive Group had the honour to conduct two panels during the conference.
First one (panel XV) was about knowledge management during the transformation phase of GBS services. The discussion involved such topics as process documentation, system standardisation, knowledge management methods, Robotics Process Automation and others.

The second Adaptive Group panel (XVII) touched upon the topic of modern business services. The question was: are we going to witness stability in the area of modern business services or further, dynamic development? The participants talked about the factors shaping the model for service provision and new projects, differences and similarities between the industry and Polish economy, chances and dangers for the industry and other aspects.
