Yesterday in Katowice, we had the pleasure of hosting another edition of GBS Lions’ Talks, Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group’s flagship event dedicated to the future of Global Business Services.
The session, ‘AI as a GBS Change Driver – What You Should Anticipate,. brought together industry experts from Trumpf, Onwelo, Strategy, and Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group for an engaging discussion on how artificial intelligence is transforming the GBS landscape. From practical use cases and implementation challenges to leadership priorities and future trends, the conversation highlighted both the opportunities and realities of AI-driven transformation.
A sincere thank you to speakers: Robert Godziszewski, Pawel Plocki, Michał Krauze, and Alvaro Santos, participants, co-organizer ABSL Poland, and host Eurofins for contributing to such a valuable exchange of knowledge and perspectives. The high level of engagement and discussion confirmed that AI remains one of the most important topics shaping the future of our industry.
