The 25th edition of Shared Services and Outsourcing Week Europe, held this year in sunny Portugal, was a vibrant and insightful gathering of the global business services community — and ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group was proud to be at the heart of it all as a Silver Sponsor.
Throughout the event, we engaged in a multitude of meaningful conversations on both current and future initiatives, exchanging ideas on the constantly evolving landscape of the GBS/SSC sector. We had the pleasure of connecting with new partners including Emagia, upGrad Enterprise, and Elias van Herwaarden — encounters that sparked exciting ideas and opened doors to potential collaborations.
Between panel discussions, our shared booth with Invest in Lodz (Central Poland) became a lively meeting point. Over glasses of Portuguese wine, we networked with professionals from across Europe in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere — proving that some of the most valuable connections happen outside the conference halls.
Our partnership with Invest in Lodz to jointly promote both ADAPTIVE’s expertise in business support and the city of Łódź as a strategic destination for GBS operations was a natural alignment. Łódź is not only a rising star in the business services map of Europe — it’s also our hometown, where ADAPTIVE’s journey began over a decade ago. That decision continues to shape our growth and identity as we expand across international markets.
