Based in London, UK, the Company is a global provider of distinctive, high quality ingredients and solutions to the food, beverage and other industries with annual sales of 2.3B GBP, over 30 manufacturing locations and network of research centres across the world.
We have been requested to provide transition program management office support for customer service processes. Intensive knowledge transfer from multiple locations always requires preparation of desktop procedures and related detailed process documentation necessary for subsequent execution of the service in SSC environment.
Our unique expertise in that area was recognized by the Client and we’ve been engaged to coordinate all the activities concerning management of the program.
