Peter Mitchell: “If you are building the house, you call the architect to help you in design of the house, someone qualified. I see the Process Owners as architects. You have to design and come up with something that is sustainable – you don’t want the building to fall down. The ones who build the building are the Operations. They need to deliver the quality on time”.
