Prusim, Wielkopolska – Team Adaptive, a group of finance and project management experts, recently wrapped up their highly anticipated annual offsite retreat. The three-day event took place at the picturesque Olandia farm in Prusim, and it was filled with team-building activities, relaxation, and unforgettable moments.
Located near the serene Kuchenne Lake, Olandia provided the perfect setting for the team to come together and enjoy various activities. The beautiful surroundings, fresh air, and peaceful atmosphere immediately captured everyone’s attention.
Fitness and well-being were important aspects of the retreat. Each day started with energizing morning jogs, followed by lively Zumba classes. The team even had the privilege of learning self-defense techniques from a European Champion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
The retreat also allowed participants to take full advantage of the farm’s excellent amenities. The team enjoyed swimming in the pool with a stunning view of the lake and relaxed in the sauna and jacuzzi. They also took leisurely walks and explored the open-air museum to immerse themselves in the local culture.
To foster team spirit, the retreat included various group activities. Subgroups competed in friendly matches of table football, ping-pong, and billiards, strengthening their bonds. The team also had the opportunity to indulge in SPA treatments, ensuring everyone had a chance to unwind and recharge.
Of course, no retreat would be complete without a memorable evening event. Team Adaptive went all out by hosting a glamorous party inspired by the Great Gatsby era. The venue sparkled with sequins, creating an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. It was the talk of the town, making it the most glamorous event in the area.
The culinary experience was equally remarkable, with delicious meals prepared using locally sourced ingredients. The team enjoyed the authentic flavors of the region, appreciating the local food heritage.
As the retreat came to an end, the team bid farewell, already looking forward to next year’s gathering. The success of this year’s offsite left Team Adaptive feeling refreshed, closer as a team, and ready to face upcoming challenges!
