The BSS Forum is annual conference organized by Pro Progressio. The main goal of the Forum is to discuss current trends, challenges and opportunities which the Business Support Services sector is facing nowadays.
Krystian Bestry – CEO & President of the Board of Adaptive Group. Between 2007 and 2014, as the Vice-President and Services Head EMEA, in charge of general management, overall strategy and growth of EMEA business unit for Infosys BPO Ltd. Between 2004 and 2007 he served as Operations Director of the European Service Center for Philips Royal Electronics and played the key role in the Infosys acquisition and integration of the Philips SSC’s in Poland, Thailand and India. Ha has also been one of the co-founders and the Vice-president of the Board of ABSL – the largest industry organization associating industry investors and collaborating for the sector development in Poland and CEE region.
