On the 18th of October 2017 Adaptive Group took part in “New challenges for Shared Service Centres” BSS Tour in Poznan.
The panel titled “SSC strategy: from transactional processes to high-end CoE and analytics” was moderated by Vise-President of the Board – Michał Bielawski. The speakers: Marzena Kardas (Infosys, Sales & Fulfilment and Master Data Management), Radek Mierzejewski (DFDS Polska, Managing Partner), Krystian Bestry (Adaptive S.A.G., CEO) and Rafał Drygała (Experienced BPO Center Head & Industry Expert) were giving tips & tricks for successful stakeholder management, how to develop unique IP of your SSC organization and discussing the quick delivery stabilization post first wave transitions topic.
