At the end of August, the Mobile Office Week 2019 for Adaptive Group Team exclusively took place. It is our annual initiative which aims at gathering together all Adaptive Group experts in one place at the same time.
How does it work?
We gather all together by the sea and, apart from working for our clients, spend time together & engage in various activities. It takes about one week.
The event is always divided into three “sections”:
- knowledge
- inspiration
- fun
When it comes to the “knowledge” section, we had two training sessions: one for program managers
& one for consultants.
Both workshops were connected with work & self-development. The sessions were tailored to the needs of participants, so they didn’tt get bored over time.
When it comes to the inspirational aspect of #AMOWeek19 , the agenda included Adaptive business updates, deployment sessions and a power speech from a special guest.
What does it mean?
Usually we talk about our achievements of past several months, business & marketing plans for the rest of the year and in general, we discuss what we have learnt since our last meeting.
Fun- the most developed part of Mobile Office Week 2019. We prepared a lot of attractions for our Adaptive Group Team. To give you an idea, let us name just a few:
- Electric scooters trip
- Sandy beach bonfire
- Water sport activities
- Barbecue Grill
- Wild Animal Party and many other.
Summing up, this year’s Mobile Office Week combined a lot of various activities. During #AMOWeek19, we realize again and again that being a part of Adaptive Group Team is not only about consulting & advisory, it’s about having great time with great people.
