KSeF from 2026 – Prepare Your Organisation for the Upcoming Changes
WHEN?
Starting February 2026, the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) will become mandatory for companies whose gross sales value in 2024 exceeds PLN 200 million.
For all other businesses, this obligation will take effect in April 2026.
WHAT WILL CHANGE?
KSeF is not just an IT implementation project (involving a new invoice format and transmission method) – it represents a fundamental transformation of financial and accounting processes.
Issuing and receiving invoices in XML format requires a thorough assessment and redesign of key processes, including:
• issuing sales invoices,
• posting purchase invoices,
• managing incoming and outgoing payments,
• handling employee expense reimbursements.
Each of these areas will need to be adapted to the new document workflow model and integration with KSeF, as well as to the requirements introduced by the system. We encourage you to begin assessing the impact of KSeF on your processes now to ensure a smooth transition and full compliance with the new regulations.
HOW CAN WE HELP?
We offer professional support in:
• training on how KSeF impacts F&A processes,
• assessing the impact of KSeF on your SSC/BPO operations,
• redesigning existing processes,
• ongoing KSeF advisory.
VAT Training for BPO, GBS, and SSC Teams
We provide KSeF-related support and comprehensive VAT training tailored specifically for employees in the BPO, GBS, and SSC sectors. Our sessions cover both fundamental VAT topics and advanced areas, including the VAT specifics of all EU countries and selected non-EU jurisdictions. We prioritise an interactive approach that encourages discussions, real-life examples, and active participation—helping participants gain a deeper understanding of complex VAT topics and apply practical knowledge with confidence.
Key features of our VAT training include:
• Interactive format – each module includes space for questions, discussions, and the exchange of practical experiences.
• Case studies – training is built around real-life examples and documents. Participants are encouraged to share materials in advance (e.g. invoices) to ensure maximum relevance.
• Flexible delivery – sessions can be conducted onsite or online; however, onsite workshops consistently deliver higher engagement and more effective knowledge retention. We therefore strongly recommend onsite delivery.
