Since the mid of January we have started the series of HR POWER workshops dedicated for small and medium enterprises targeting long term growth based on modern HR management methods and team competences.
Thanks to the support of Lodz Agency of Regional Development (LARR), the first regional business representatives participated in the Adaptive workshop focused on modern HR techniques and competency management as the foundations of business growth acceleration. The interactive workshops are based on our qualified HR process transformation methodology and tested solutions – turning company challenges into opportunities based on right configuration of team competences.
