The GBS Lions’ Talks meeting, co-organized by ABSL Poland and GlobalLogic Poland, was a highly anticipated event held on June 20th at the headquarters of GlobalLogic Poland in Wrocław. The agenda for the event was filled with exciting presentations about Change Management and insightful discussions, making it a valuable opportunity to gain industry insights and network with experts.
The event began with a presentation by Tomasz Prokopiuk, Head of Industrial BU EMEA, representing GlobalLogic. Following that, Michal Bielawski, Managing Partner at Adaptive SAG, took the stage to deliver a keynote speech titled “Change Management as the key to successful transformation in the new normal.” The program continued with an insightful presentation by Krzysztof Kumór, Cost Accounting Manager – Supply Chain Finance at HP, who shared valuable insights on the topic “Landscape under transformation.” Sławomir Drygas, GSC Global Strategy Manager at 3M, then presented on the subject of “Change Management naivity.” Lastly, Jaroslaw Borawski, Country Director Poland at Smith & Nephew, also presented an OCM topic, which was announced at a later date.
The event concluded with networking opportunities, allowing attendees to engage with the presentations and connect with other professionals in the industry. It was a successful and informative event that provided valuable knowledge and fostered a friendly atmosphere for all participants.
