Team adaptive is an infinite number of experts in the field of finance and project management. On a daily basis, we are dedicated to our customers and the challenges they pose to us. However, there comes a early spring time when we all meet in one place to train and integrate. Because the most important thing in Adaptive are people! In this year #bestteamever spent 3 days in the Olandia farm in Prusim on the Kuchenne Lake in Wielkopolska. Beautiful place, clean air, peace and quiet – what more could we want?
During the offsite we take advantage of the wonderful natural circumstances around Olandia and do jogging, take zumba and self-defense classes which was led by the European Champion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! Additionally, we used swimming pool with a view of the lake, sauna, jacuzzi, walks, visiting the open-air museum… integration in subgroups, table football, ping-pong, billiards, SPA… and delicious food based on local products! The main event of the trip also should be glam and fancy, so on the first evening we invited everyone for the party in the style of the Great Gatsby! Glamour, glitz, class, elegance and chic from a hundred years ago! It was the most sequin party in the area! See you next year!
