Krystian Bestry – Former Operations Director of the European Service Center of Philips Electronics and Vice-President and Services Head for EMEA region at Infosys BPO Ltd. Now, CEO of Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group, a leading Global Business Services consulting and implementation practice in Europe.
Maciej Kulbat has invested past 18 years in building expertise in Shared Services. He has supported CFOs, Head Shared Services and other CXOs in service delivery, transition, and transformation, building future operating model, setting up shared services, creating a culture of Continuous Improvement.
Michał Bielawski is the expert at business transformation of financial and accounting
processes, management of SSC teams, optimization and controls of BPO and SSC. During his career responsible for financial and other enabling business functions, optimization projects, and LEAN implementation at SSC and BPO for business processes.
Kamila Grembowicz is a GBS executive with over 15 years of experience in building and running global and functional business services. Has strong financial background and worked in various finance and transformation roles prior to her GBS journey.
Robert Godziszewski has over 16 years of business experience GBS sector such as in process management & reengineering, people management, and process transitions. Currently responsible for Strategy Business Guidance for clients with a focus on GBS maturity assessments, feasibility studies, building transformation & centralization strategy.
