Scope of duties:
- Providing business advisory for SSC / BPO / GBS organisations;
- Participation in transition projects, supporting migration in various phases, preparation of documentation, process maps, SOPs, translations, coordination of communication;
- Participation in improvement / transformation projects - supporting AS IS and TO BE process mapping, supporting TO BE process implementation;
- Supporting new IT systems implementation: conducting User Acceptance Tests and trainings for End Users, preparation of Standard Operations Procedures;
- Supporting clients’s operations as external process specialist;
What do we expect?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SSC/BPO/GBS sector;
- Strong knowledge and experience in one of following processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, Master Data, Customer Service, HR;
- Familiarity with at least one ERP system (SAP, Oracle, AX ect.);
- Previous experience in transition or improvement projects would be an asset;
- Excellent command of English, other European languages skills would be an advantage;
