- Leading of Customer & Vendor Team and Automation Community Team.
- Supporting the transition of Master Data processes to SSC, KPI dashboard, ticketing tool.
- Leading harmonization of Customer & Vendor processes as well as global alignment approach for country specifics.
- Defining strategy and potentials for further improvements and coordinating the Team of Automation Community.
- Taking part in implementation ISO certifications for SSC.
- 3 years as a Team Leader at Geberit Service Sp. z o.o :
- Supporting transition of AP processes to newly opened organization in Lodz; preparing knowledge management part including creation of process flows in Visio.
- Supervision of employees within the Accounts Payable department, which involved maintaining employee records, evaluating performance, and assisting employees with their personal and professional growth;
- 2 years as Specialist and Junior Coordinator at Nordea responsible for:
- Posting invoices; Participating in transition of accounting activities from local organizations;
- Being a part of project group which was implementing SAP for Master Data process.
- 4 years as Process Executive and 3 years as Accounting Associate and Senior Accountant supporting AP processes, reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
Graduate of M.A of Marketing and Management with specialization of managing Company. Also finished postgraduate studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw, Faculty of Robotic Process Automation.
