      • Over 4 year as Transition Lead for different clients; participation and preparation the process definition and documentation processes which need to be transferred from Client, work with Client Subject Matter Experts and Operation teams to capture process data and baseline information, coordination and control of the transition,
      • 2 years as Senior Team Leader for AkzoNobel Team coordination and management in purchase to pay process for EMEA and CEE Countries, management of smooth knowledge transfer from transition to operation, coordination of people development and monitoring of improvement initiatives,
      • 2 years as Senior Project Lead and LEAN Champion for AkzoNobel; leading and supervising the projects and improvement initiatives in accordance to business strategy and client requirements; fully accountable for building the strategy of LEAN implementation within engagement; coordination of managing cross-location improvements projects for P2P department, implement development plans for the teams and individuals; organizing and leading coaching/ mentoring sessions for Managers and Leaders,
      • Over 0,5 year as Continuous Improvement and Project Manager at Re:Sources Poland; leading and supervising the projects and improvement initiatives in accordance to business strategy; coordination of identification and managing improvement projects in all departments (Finance And Operation, General Ledger, HR),
      • 3 months as Team Leader in Retail Banking at Nordea Bank AB; leading team of 20 people working for Finland Customers; supervising daily and monthly reporting, ensuring that agreed SLAs and target are met; coordination and monitoring of improvement initiative from the team;
    • Since June 2019, Consultant / Project Leader role at ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group. Advising clients in the procurement and financial processes.
  • Justyna is a very energetic and well-organized person with excellent interpersonal skills and highly developed communication skills.
  • Justyna is IPMA Level D, Certified Project Management Associate and member of The International Society of Female Professionals. She has also Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
