Administration Lead and Board Assistant of the Management Board in Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group.
Assisting and Supporting the Management Board in performing their day-to-day duties. General and Executive management of the office, responsible for the efficient and resilient functioning of the headquarter.

- Since June 2018 as a Board Assistant and Administration Lead at Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group:
- Scheduling meetings and appointments for Management Team
- Organizing business trips for Consultants and Management Team: orders flight tickets, books accommodations etc
- Handling requests and queries in a professional manner
- Maintaining and updating documents such as contracts with customers, suppliers, external partners etc.
- Updating quarterly data in CRM system
- Filling and sending documents to Management Board
- Issuing and submitting sales invoices to clients
- Taking responsibility and effectively implementing office procedures and projects in cooperation with Management Board, Marketing department and employees
- Ensures reception area is tidy and presentable
- Organizing and maintaining office common areas with help of administrative assistants, florist, and cleaners.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies, food products, occasional presents for employees etc.
- Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues
- Gathering market offers from potential suppliers and presenting it to Board Members
- Gathering Employees, files, monitors and other documents and handling to HR. For example timesheets, requests for vacations, sick leaves, medical check-ups, PPK etc.
- Supports quarterly bonus calculation and benefits settlement: group life insurance and e-fit-e-train budget.
- Supports employees in clerk duties such as preparation of claims for expenses incurred during business trips. Trains employees regarding Time Sheet usage and time registration policy
- Supports onboarding process and necessary employee service: arranges safety trainings, orders new mobile phones, creates new Microsoft accounts
- Books and coordinates internal events for employees; support marketing department in the organization of other events if needed
- 2 years as a Consultant in the Asseco Poland team S.A.
- 5 years as an Assistant to the Director at UNISOFT Sp. z o.o.
Master Degree in Pedagogy at Casimir the Great University in Bydgoszcz.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance at the Higher School of Economy in Bydgoszcz.
