Junior VBA Consultant

Requirements:

  • Good level of using Excel and VBA (pivot tables, conditional formatting, quick analysis tools, advanced charts, power query, power pivot)
  • Experience in MS Access, Power Bi, or other apps will be an advantage
  • Abilities to work with deadlines and under time pressure
  • Readiness to work on different projects
  • Analytical mind
  • Experience in SSC / GBS / BPO will be an advantage

Tasks:

  • Design and redesign tools
  • Data Analytics for the Finance function
  • Support in transformation processes
  • Analysis of excel and reports to identify anomalies and to be able to perform resolution and reconciliation of data anomalies
  • Recommend optimization of data errors and redundancies
  • Document improvements to data

Accountant with English

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting daily processes and consulting projects related to Finance and Accountancy
  • Data processing in ERP systems
  • Creating and updating process documentation
  • Supporting process improvements and transitions

Our requirements

  • Previous experience in finance/accounting area (especially AP / GL departments) 
  • Good English skills
  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • Adaptive approach and ability to work in changing business environment
  • Drive for process improvement, experience in process transition would be an asset
  • Financial educational background would be an advantage

GL Consultant

  • Previous experience in General Ledger (especially RTR processes)
  • Good English skills
  • Familiarity with Blackline
  • Experience in tool implementation
  • Adaptive approach and ability to work in changing business environment
  • Drive for process improvement, experience in process transition would be an asset
  • Financial educational background would be an advantage

Procurement Consultant

Scope of duties: 

  • Providing consulting and operational support for our business clients in the procurement domain 
  • Participation in various types of projects - according to business needs:  
  • Participation in procurement process transformation programs and system implementation activities. Preparation of process documentation (process flow maps, Standard Operation Procedures, RACI matrix) 
  • Supporting process transitions in different phases (planning, design, knowledge transfer, go-live, stabilization)  

It will be perfect, if you have:

  • Experience in procurement area;
  • Previous participation in transition and improvement activities would be an asset;
  • Good command of English;
  • Very good analytical skills along with MS Excel knowledge; 
  • Familiarity with at least one ERP system (e.g. SAP)
