Adaptive SAG is not only about providing proven solutions to the clients but also about creating innovative ideas and proposing different perspectives on a given problem. That is why it is crucial for us to make sure everyone in the company has the opportunities to broaden his/her knowledge and develop skills.
On the 1st of March, we had a a workshop about Design Thinking and elements of Biodesign organized by Magdalena Wrzesińska and Karolina Czarnecka (Medical University of Lodz).
The aim of the meeting was to create innovative solutions for the migration of accounting tasks from various countries to Poland. We discussed the reasons standing behind such operation and how does it affect not only the client but also the end-user. The methods of Design Thinking helped us to broaden our understanding of their needs and fears. We learned how to analyze both by the incorporation of Design Thinking methodology.
It was a truly inspiring time!
We uploaded some pictures from the workshop on our fanpage Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group.
