Today, we officially wrapped up the Młodzi w Łodzi Scholarship Program, and we couldn’t be more excited about how it all turned out!
Our program on Business Process Transformation allowed students to explore the world of LEAN, Process Automation, Change Management, Cybersecurity, and more… In other words, they learned how to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of modern business!
We had the honor of presenting diplomas to 10 incredibly talented students who completed the program and truly impressed us with their dedication and hard work. Here’s the list of our amazing graduates:

These three really set the bar high, and we’re excited to see where their careers will take them!
None of this would’ve been possible without the incredible leadership of Patrycja Karaniec, our Learning & Development Lead, who made this project her own. Patrycja, you were the driving force behind every aspect of this program—from organizing the curriculum to guiding students through the learning process!
We also want to give a big shoutout to our Team Members, who generously shared their knowledge and expertise throughout the program. From hosting workshops to leading discussions on business transformation, your efforts made a lasting impact on the students and helped them develop the skills they need for the future.
We’re beyond proud to have been part of Poland’s largest scholarship program, and we can’t wait to see how these talented graduates will shape the future of business.
