JUNIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST

You would be joining our Adaptive Team as an internal support in marketing activities.

• Are fluent in English
• Have copywriting skills and you can prepare the content for internal & external communication
• Have experience in translations
• Feel self-confidence in social media content maintenance
• Have Internet Research skills
• Feel comfortable with preparation offers (e.g. for gadgets, media, hotels, printing houses, agencies, etc.), familiarity with making orders/invoices/b2b purchasing
• Have a lot of energy, communications skills, and can act fast
• Driving license would be a plus

You will be responsible for:

• Searching for the internet (looking for places for events, comparing offers)
• Creating and monitoring event calendar and scheduling of actions
• Cooperation with business associations Adaptive cooperates with, i.e. ABSL
• Planning, creating and oversees the design, content, and production of marketing materials (flyers, posters)
• Ordering gadgets and other promotional materials
• Creating and maintaining company social media pages and profiles to increase Adaptive’s visibility in these channels, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn: writes, edits and improves posts and graphics, Facebook ad campaigns etc
• Collaborate with employees, Board Members, Customers and Partners, identifies key players and gathers information that can be used in media.
