Thomas Dobis is a senior finance transformation and business development leader with over 25 years of international experience supporting global organizations in designing, selling, and delivering large‑scale finance transformation and performance improvement initiatives. He combines deep functional expertise in finance and operations with a strong commercial and client‑centric mindset.

Thomas specializes in advising executives on complex transformation agendas, including finance operating model redesign, ERP‑enabled change, process reengineering, and transformational outsourcing. He has a strong track record of building and expanding business opportunities, shaping value propositions, and supporting clients from initial strategy through solution design and successful execution.

Since 2026, Thomas has been serving as Consulting and Business Development Lead, Europe & Overseas at Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group. In this role, he supports international clients with strategic advisory and finance transformation initiatives, while also driving business development activities across European and overseas markets. He works closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where finance transformation, innovation, and technology can deliver measurable business value.

Prior to joining Adaptive, Thomas held senior leadership roles across consulting, technology, and global business services organizations. As VP EMEA at Emagia, he was responsible for driving regional growth and supporting clients with technology‑enabled finance transformation solutions. At Capgemini, he served as Senior Director EMEA Large Client Strategic Sales, working with multinational clients on complex finance and business services transformation programs.

Thomas also spent several years at DXC Technology as Senior Director Finance, supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives and finance leadership agendas. Earlier in his career, he held global leadership roles at Hewlett‑Packard Enterprise, including Global F&A Lead, Business Process Services, and Global OTC Service Line Lead, where he was responsible for solution design, service development, innovation, and global client engagement. His professional background is further supported by senior finance and treasury leadership roles at Xerox, Eastman Kodak, and PerkinElmer.

Throughout his career, Thomas has successfully combined advisory leadership with commercial responsibility, leading global teams of subject‑matter experts, supporting C‑level client discussions, and managing complex, multi‑country transformation programs. His areas of expertise include finance transformation, ERP and digital enablement, order‑to‑cash optimization, outsourcing strategies, internal controls, corporate finance, and change management.

Thomas holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is actively engaged in the finance leadership community as Romandie Chapter Lead of SwissMBAs. He operates in an international environment and speaks fluent English, German, Spanish, and French.
