Turning AI and automation into practical business transformation
Paweł is an Associate Partner at Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group, responsible for building and leading the Enterprise Automation Hub — Adaptive dedicated stream for AI, automation and enterprise workflow transformation.
He works with organizations that want to move beyond AI curiosity, scattered pilots and isolated automation ideas. His focus is on helping clients identify where work can be redesigned, where automation can create measurable value, and where AI can be safely embedded into daily operations.
Paweł brings almost 20 years of experience in Global Business Services, Shared Services, Finance Operations, Procurement, Process Ownership, Outsourcing Governance and Transformation. His background combines executive operational leadership with hands-on experience in scaling service organizations, building automation capabilities and redesigning business processes.
Before joining ADAPTIVE, Paweł was Head of Global Business Services Europe at TRUMPF Shared Services, where he grew the organization from 32 to 240 employees and expanded its scope from core finance operations into a broad multi-functional GBS platform covering Finance, Procurement, Master Data, Automation, IT services, PMO and HR.
At TRUMPF, he was responsible for designing and operationalizing the GBS Europe strategy, building internal automation capabilities, strengthening operational controls, supporting legal separation of the SSC, and leading one of the company’s first direct transitions of operational work from humans to bots.
His earlier leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Oriflame Cosmetics and Avon covered P2P, AP, Treasury, Procurement, outsourcing governance, service transitions and end-to-end process ownership. His achievements include co-negotiating a €47M BPO contract, managing large operational teams, launching new SSC services, and driving large-scale process standardization and automation initiatives.
At Adaptive, Paweł helps clients connect three areas that are often treated separately: process transformation, automation and AI adoption. His work is grounded in operational reality: understanding how work is performed today, where the friction sits, which exceptions block automation, and how AI-enabled workflows can be introduced with the right governance, controls and adoption model.
