- Since November 2021 in the role of Project Leader / Consultant at Adaptive SAG
- 4 years at Solar, Shared Service Center as a Master Data Specialist:
- SuperUser in the Pricing domain domains, a specialist in the Material/Vendor/Customer domain as backup
- Transition of the Pricing Domain from Netherlandvto Poland; knowledge migration, SOPs creation, SPOC of pricing NL domain
- Proactive participation in post-transition improvement projects – process re-design, automation support, templates creation
- One of the key project Member in the implementation of SAP Vistex and new global approach for whole Pricing Master Data Domain– UAT testing participation, scope preparation, creation of Training Materials for End users, creation of SOP documentation, supporting a local organization, reporting
- Competence Community member aimed at maintaining close cooperation with the Group’s specialists and local organizations, participation in regular meetings in the role of process expert to work together on continuous improvement initiatives

- Process owner and work coordinator for ongoing operation – analysis of master data for the material domain, cooperation and contact with external customer, data management, and reporting on a daily basis according to LEAN methodology
- Report the results of the team to external customers, onboarding new team members; Supporting other ongoing processes as a backup.
- More than 3 years of experience as an entrepreneur.
- Above 4 years in customer service experience.
Graduate of University of Lodz, with master’s degree in Pedagogy with specialization in Adult Education. Courses of Project Management and Lean Management. Fluent English speaker.
