• Since 2021 in the role of Project Leader / Consultant at Adaptive SAG​:
  • HR Due Diligence, feasibility study of a potential centralisation project including process analysis and creation of a taxonomy of HR processes, process mapping, risk analysis
  • Create a Master Data taxonomy – Customer, Vendor, Pricing, Material
• 4 years at Solar, Shared Service Center as a Master Data Specialist:​
  • Super User in the Customer and Vendor domains, specialist in the Pricing domain
  • Transition of the Customer and Pricing domains from Sweden to Poland; knowledge migration, SOPs creation;
  • Proactive participation in post-transition improvement projects – process re-design, automation support, templates creation
  • Project Leader in a Standardization project aimed at harmonizing Master Data processes of four business units – coordination of the project team (10 FTEs), creation of AS IS process and subprocess matrices and development of TO BE solutions, cooperation with the local organizations to inform about the project’s progress, improvements proposition tests, documentation updates​

Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics with a master’s degree in Management with specialization in strategic corporate growth; bachelor’s degree from the University of Lodz in Business Management. Fluent English speaker.​
