  • Thorough knowledge of local and international accounting standards including IFRS/UK & US GAAP and SOx.
• Key achievements:
  • Remarkable contribution to the successful setup, development and transformation of two sizeable SSCs (Philips in Lodz 800 FTEs and HEINKEN in Krakow 1.000 FTEs).
  • Managed successfully Philips Global Back Office Operations outsourced to Infosys (1.600 FTEs) with sustainable and reliable service delivery and competitive cost structure.
  • Redesigned, enhanced and implemented successfully the service management and operating model in HEINEKEN SSC.
  • Obtained 2017 AON Best Employer and 2018 Outsourcing Star awards for WNS Poland for the fasted growth.
  • Led LEAN transformation program and delivered year on year costs savings while maintaining the quality of the services in Carlsberg SSC for 2 consecutive years.
  • Renegotiated the office lease contract for Carlberg resulting in substantial cost savings allowing to modernize the office according to ABW with high-end digital capabilities.
