Michal Bielawski is a highly skilled professional at business transformation of financial and accounting processes, management of SSC teams, optimization and controls of BPO’s and SSC’s. ​

Recent advisory experiences consist of supervision over the set-up and development of SSC programs for Elekta, Eurofins, location strategy for GBS Operations for Eurofins and DLA Piper, as well as strategic business advisory in the areas of finance, marketing, operations and HR management for: Amplifon, OpusCapita, Zenit, Legg Mason, Deloitte & SWM, Avon.

During his career, he was responsible for financial and other enabling business functions at Infosys BPO and Philips shared service centers, optimization projects and LEAN implementation at shared services and BPO organizations for business processes. Coordinated statutory and corporate taxation, accounting, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, compliances, personal data protection and facility management of SSC. He is also an experienced SSC Quality Manager, Operations and Transition Manager (in outsourcing). ​

Michal realized several implementations and optimization projects at controlling and accounting management area for construction, manufacturing, and service organizations and lead transformation projects of financial and accounting process for inter alia Sanitec Group, Teva, Poyry Polska, Philips Electronics. He also supervised process documentation and optimization projects for Skanska Poland and Polish Sugar SA. ​

Graduate of University of Lodz (Econometrics and Financial Management). Member of Lodz Voivodeship Marshal Economic Council (2013-2014), Active Member of ABSL Lodz Chapter Council.
