- Analysing processes (O2C, P2P, A2R) as a baseline for potential automation and standardization (including value stream mapping); Preparing and designing documentation for process automation; Coordination and implementation of automation process; Support integration of M&A and transitions and new processes and activities.
- 8 months as Order to Cash Team & process coordinator:
- Transition and leading O2C service delivery of daily tasks; Overseeing and monitoring risk and actions related to end-to-end O2C process on a monthly and quarterly cycle; Reporting on service delivery and handle escalations.
- 9 months as Order To Cash SAP Super User:
- Support SAP users within O2C process; SAP onboarding program creation for all-levels users; Escalation and issue management for all SAP O2C related matters; Ensuring testing of all implemented solutions.
- 5,5 years as Order to Cash Senior Accountant:
- Responsible for ensuring that customer debts are collected in line with contracted payment terms and in accordance with Credit Policy; Responsible for managing release of credit blocked orders; Maintaining and fostering good working relationships with Sales, the business and with relevant business partners.
- Participant and leader in different projects and initiatives, e.g. onboarding newcomers, knowledge sharing, IT projects, internal controls catalogue, IT new tools trainer, KPIs catalogue for O2C, business rules and procedures catalogue, process documentation according to APQC framework, LEAN culture.
- 2,5 years as Subject Matter Expert (Reporting to Head of Global Process Management in Aarhus):
Graduate of Gdansk University of Technology with Master Engineer degree in Technical Physics – specialization in Applied Informatics, Faculty of Technical Physics and Practical Mathematics. Holds Certificate of Agile Project Management Foundation and Change Management APMG.
