- Over 20 years of relevant business experience comprising:
- 7 years as Chief Executive Officer at ADAPTIVE SAG – leading GBS consultancy practice with the benchmark practitioner expertise in business strategies and delivery architectures, transformation, optimisation and automation for global business services and business support functions;
- 7 years as Vice-President and Head of the Business Services EMEA at Infosys BPO Ltd. – global leading technology services & outsourcing solutions provider; in charge of the overall growth strategy, key client relationships in Europe and development of BPO/ITO delivery footprint across the region;
- 3 years in Operations Management of the European Service Center at Philips Royal Electronics with finance, procurement, logistics and controlling services for >200 business units across Europe, with 2 years as GBS site leader and 1,5 years as Migration & Process Manager for Finance & Accounting in charge of business transitions & transformation programs for finance and back-office functions;
- 5 years in Audit & Assurance practice at ‘Big 4’ Deloitte LLP with senior auditor function for large construction, manufacturing & hi-tech Clients.
- Krystian Bestry is an industry expert in global business services space, process transformations, development of large back office operations and outsourcing contracts. He had overseen delivery landscape for large international corporations, he designed and supervised implementation of multiple global business services initiatives for i.a. manufacturing and retail industry leaders. He developed chain of business service delivery units for global outsourcing (BPO) leader setting up centres in Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, South Africa and India, including merge & acquisition programs for client ‘captive’ service units. He was also directly responsible for the successful ramp-up of one of the largest finance SSCs in the CEE region.
- Krystian has been one of the co-founders and Vice-President of the Board at the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) – leading business services industry association in Central Eastern Europe.
- Graduate of the University of Lodz, with master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management. Holds Bachelor degree of the Oxford Brooks University for Audit & Financial Assurance with Executive MBA Ashridge Hult Int. Business School.
