    • Leading of the SAP implementation of the largest entities of Capital Group, managing SAP project teams, acting as a mentor and coach for subordinate teams
    • Project Management in the area of ownership transformations in the Capital Group – separation, merging of branches, including coordination of migration, capital settlements and reconciliations.
    • Designing, testing and implementing cross-modules modifications of SAP and related tools,
    • Coordinating MEC activities (GL/AP/AR/Inventory), supervising of finance and tax teams, designing internal corporate regulations in the finance&accounting area, financial reporting
  • Over 4 years as Lead / Chief Specialist in Finance Reporting area
    • Coordinating the processes of financial reporting according to IFRS, consolidation of financial statements, reporting packages prepared to meet stock exchange requirements, participation in the IPO project,
    • Designing unified accounting policy, supervising of subsidiaries,
    • Multidimensional financial reporting for the purposes of the Management Board’s analysis
    • Close cooperation with an external auditor during audits of financial statements.

  • 4 years at Deloitte Audit Services:
    • Audit and review of financial statements including consolidated financial statements according to PAS, IFRS/IFS, US GAAP,
    • Experience in due-dilligence projects,
    • Planning and identification of the audit risks, internal control risks, etc.,
    • Managing and supervising the audit team, cooperation with CFOs and Managers.
