Process Officer at ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group

I am a young professional with experience in project management, currently working as a Process Officer at ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group.

Since December 2024, as part of the ADAPTIVE team, I am responsible for:

• Performing AP activities.
• Verifying, describing and recording financial documents.
• Cooperation with suppliers and customers.
• Resolving concerns and taking corrective action.
• Collecting data for reports and compiling them.

Work experience:

• 1 year as a Junior Project Manager at Wirthwein.
  As a junior project manager, my work focused on complex project calculations using tools such as Excel. I was responsible for handling orders and other activities in SAP and Q-SYS systems. I ensured efficient project implementation and customer satisfaction. My responsibilities included cost and resource analysis, which allows for effective achievement of project goals. I coordinated tests on the production floor, supervising test processes and sending manufactured samples to the customer.
• 6 months as an Intern in the Methods Department at Hutchinson.
  Assistance in conducting 6S and LPA audits, ongoing support from the technical department and updating of documents such as: work instructions, machine instructions, parameter cards and creation of defect cards.
• 3 months as an Intern in the Production Engineering and Process Improvement Department at Hitachi Energy.
  Work on projects aimed at automating and digitizing production processes, e.g. diameter measurements using a laser sensor, image analysis and preparation of data for automatic filling of parameters in digital control cards.

I am a graduate of the Technical University of Lodz, where I obtained an engineering degree in Management Engineering. I am currently on postgraduate studies in Transport and Forwarding at the Warsaw School of Economics. I have an open water diver’s license up to 18 meters and a yacht sailor’s license.
