Process Officer Adaptive SAG
Since April 2022 Process Officer in ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group:
- Registering and familiarizing business cliques with the DigiPACE platform;
- Mail information and communication with suppliers;
- Introducing and creating new applications in DigiPACE – creating and making various modifications of supplier’s profiles and taking care of entering them in the database;
- Liaising with sales professionals, supervisors and SPC team members;
- Assisting in creating and monitoring new orders, if necessary implementing modifications;
- Verifying invoices for accuracy and missing data in SAP system;
- Assisting buyers in dealing with potential issues they may run into during the ordering process;
6 months as a customer service consultant in German on the project – Hermes at Armatis company:
- Providing excellent customer service via telephone or other form of communication;
- Building positive relationships with customers;
- Providing customers with the necessary support and information on products and services;
- Supporting leaders in achieving project and organizational goals;
6 months in Calz Polska as a Customer Service Consultant in German and English – Junior:
- Providing professional customer service through the appropriate communication channel: email, chat, web, social media, etc;
- Meeting complex quantitative and qualitative customer service objectives;
- Identifying customer needs in order to increase customer satisfaction;
- Creating lasting relationships and building trust through open and interactive communication;
- Attracting potential customers.

Knowledge of systems: SAP, MS Office.
Advanced level of German and English.
