• 3 years – Senior Operations Manager – responsible for running service delivery out of Poland for Large International Air Compressors Manufacturer and Construction Techniques Scandinavian Leader, with F&A and Masterdata Teams supporting day to day operations, enabling cooperation with other delivery centers (Czech Republic, China and India), Global Process Owner for OtC process, SAP implementation operational support in accounting areas.
• < 1 year – F&A Practice Senior Consultant – Global RtR and Compliance Process Owner – representing European nuances in international projects, contributing  in design best of art transformation roadmaps for leadership community.
• 5 years – Internal Audit Services Senior Team Leader – responsible for SOX compliance process from annual risk assessment and scope confirmation, audit plan, execution, to audit result periodical reporting with over 30 Units across globe. Ensuring testing methodology used was in line with International Auditing Standards and pre-aligned with client internal and external auditors.
• > 1 year – assignments in Corporate Control department of Global Major Healthcare, Lighting and Domestic Appliances Manufacturer, responsible for facilitating collaboration between GBS placed SOX Units (Poland and India), business stakeholders (Sectors Heads/Champions and SOX Board). Domain support in design and development of auditing application used by SOX Units.
• > 2 years – Experienced Audit Assistant – in one of Big4 Consultancy companies, member of Audit and Assurance practice. Responsible for conducting audits in various clients across industries, monitoring of collected audit evidence and draft audit report creation. Workings performed in accordance to Polish GAAP, IFRS and / or US GAAP requirements.

As graduate of Finance and Banking faculty at University of Lodz, Jacek continued in his career further knowledge and hands on experience gathering in multiple aspects of accountancy and finance with mainly large international organizations. Last 17 years as member of outsourcing organization brought him sound inside knowledge on the industry including among others also it’s threads as well as opportunities understanding.
