Supports employees in clerk duties such as preparation of claims for expenses incurred during business trips. Trains employees regarding Time Sheet usage and time registration policy
Supports onboarding process and necessary employee service: arranges safety trainings, orders new mobile phones, creates new Microsoft accounts
Books and coordinates internal events for employees; support marketing department in the organization of other events if needed
