Aleksandra is a Consultant ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group with expertise in Human Resources area.
Since November 2022 at ADAPTIVE Solutions & Advisory Group, in projects related to HR data processes:
- HRIS implementation and maintenance – process transition into digital system, re-designing, testing, implementation, and knowledge transfer across organisation
- Process maturity assessment of the Human Resource activities
- Process Mapping – ‘as-‘is’ analysis and mapping
- Updating HR databases
Since March 2022, Business English Teacher:
- Preparing customized plans for teaching;
- Conducting individual classes;
- Adjusting and preparing resources for students’ needs.
Graduate of the Lodz University of Philology, Master studies in English Philology;
Proficient user of MS office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams with growing expertise in Excel). Basic knowledge in applications such as DaVinci Resolve, Memesource, Subtitle Edit.
